When you join 'The Fold' you'll recieve a snail mail package each month, including shipping right around world.

Each month, you'll receive a magical snail-mail bundle featuring a postcard of my artwork, 2 stickers, a hand-printed bookmark, a link to my monthly favourite song, a poetic quote, and a letter sharing the story behind each artwork and what's happening in my world.

I love the idea of getting in touch offline. This is my little way of sharing my art right around the world and giving you the chance to look forward to something nice actually arriving in your mail box. There's nothing but bills and boring letters in the mail these days, so creating this snail mail community seemed like a really exciting idea.

Each month there will be NEW artwork included in each snail mail package. A new print/postcard, stickers, etc. I've been displaying my postcards on the fridge, in frames and actually sending them as postcards to friends. And the stickers are on everything I own: my laptop, phone, random walls around the house, etc.

When is my snail mail package sent?

Packages fromThe Fold are posted on the 18th of each calendar month. If you join anytime from midnight on the 18th of the month (AEST), your first letter will head out on the 18th of the next month.

When will my letter arrive?

Letters are sent via regular letter post the is untracked (if I add tracking, then the shipping costs become very expensive).

If you’re in Australia, delivery to major cities usually takes up to two weeks.
For international pen pals, letters can take 15+ business days to arrive.

Can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details, or even pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your account in the customer portal. Just login and select edit, cancel or pause.

When is the fold billed each month?

The Fold is billed on the same day of each month that you initially signed up. For example, if you sign up on the 5th of March, your first payment will be on the 5th of March, then the 5h of April, the 5th of May, and so on. If you want to cancel? Just make sure it’s before your next billing date.
